What is your first instantaneous memory of Parkview?

Laughter in sunshine-flooded corridors between classes.

Who was your favorite teacher and/or class and why?

Mrs. Elmore - Speech. And Mrs. Cunningham - English. They both made you WANT to learn.

What was your most embarrassing moment at Parkview?

When I lose "A" Team Cheerleading, I locked myself in our ONLY bathroom at home for 10-12 hours !

What was your favorite song and who sang it?

"To Spend One Night With You" by Tony Bennett

Describe your car and favorite destination:

We had several "family cars" that year - a Purple Pontiac, then a Chevy (I think) and for my birthday I (we) got a 1959 Black Impala Convertible. (I still have a magnet of the model)

How have you changed since Parkview?

Not Much ! Still talk a lot, laugh a lot, LOVE being with friends AND having Pets. But, I am a lot shorter now - 5'2" instead of 5'6 1/2".

What careers have you pursued?

Advertising agency writing for 23 years (St. Louis, Chicago, Wilmington, DE, New York City). Also did Broadcast Voice-Over "Acting" announcing and Children's Art.

What has been your most exciting or interesting experience?

Writing and producing commercials in NYC Advertising Agencies.

What do you do these days to have fun?

Eat, drink, oil paint, write, attend NYC theater and museums and parks, work-out, power walk, go on trips with my husband & friends.

What is it you still hope to do/accomplish?

Publish my children's book and continue volunteer art work with NYC third grades for as long as I can

Parkview remains my past-present being, although
I love everything about New York City. So want anyone and everyone to please contact me when you are in the Big Apple. My husband, Bob,and our cat, Liam live in Greenwich Village and would love to have you stop by our apartment. Meanwhile will "See You in September" as the song goes on and on and on.
